High School GlamourShoot Competition!
We will be running a Competition (starting 1st of October 2010) giving all high school students in the Johannesburg region a chance to WIN A GLAMOURSHOOT to the value of R2 725.

The Prize:
1] A GlamourShoot to the value of R2 725 for the winner and up to 4 of their friends,
2] Professional make-up for all 5 of you - guys will get anti-shine-photography make-up - or none if they so choose.
3] The winner may select up to 7 Photographs that they would like edited and airbrushed.
4] Prints will be made of the edited Photographs in the following sizes: 3 x A4, 3 x A5, 5 x Jumbo.
5] Edited Photographs will be put onto a CD for use on Computer for facebook etc. or to make more prints in future.

Friends of the winner:
May enjoy the GlamourShoot without Ordering any Photographs.
If, however, they would like to Order Photographs, they may select which photographs they would like edited and airbrushed at a cost of R75 each. With this they will receive an A5 print for free.
They may also wish to Order them on CD for a further R10 and/or Order extra prints at R25 for an A4 size, R15 for an A5, and R5 for a jumbo-sized print.
Terms and Conditions:
This Competition is open to all High School Learners in the Johannesburg region. Multiple entries are allowed. Entry is by sms only.
Competition runs from the 1st to the 31st of October 2010. A winner will be drawn randomly on the 1st of November 2010.
A winner shall be contacted using the number provided on entering the Competition on the 1st of November 2010. If unable to contact the winner after 3 attempts, another winner will be randomly selected until we have ascertained a definite winner. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Should the winner be unable to redeem the prize for whatever reason, the Company [GlamourShoot Fotography cc.] will at it's sole discretion select another winner or carry the prize forward to a future competition or cancel the awarding of a prize. Each entrant agrees to allow the Company to use their photographs in any advertising material in the future. Each entrant agrees that the Company may contact them using the number provided on entering the competition for the purposes of advertising in the future. The Company will not be liable to any entrant for any losses arising in connection with entering the Competition. The Company's liability to the winner or the invited friends or their families for death or personal injury resulting from the Company's negligence or that of its employees, agents or sub-contractors is limited to the value of this Competition's prize [R 2 725]. The Company will not be responsible for any failure to perform or, delay in performance of any of its obligations that is caused by events outside its reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). In this context, Force Majeure Events include (without limitation) war, riots, insurrection, social unrest, computer or telephone or electricity failures, severe disturbance in the security and coherence of the Internet, technical failures, unauthorised access and/or intrusions into the Website's secure and encrypted servers, problems with cell phone Networks, strikes of all natures and Company procurement problems. The Company shall inform the winner of such a Force Majeure Event within seven days of its occurrence. If the Force Majeure Event continues beyond fifteen days, the Company and the winner may enter into talks and come to an agreement about how they wish to continue. If no resolution comes of those talks within 7 days the company may cancel the competition. The Company reserves the right to add to, subtract from or in any way change any details of the prize or the Competition at any time. If any of the provisions in these terms and conditions is declared wholly or partly invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the other provisions and other rights resulting from these terms and conditions will remain valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
